This state-of-the-art healthcare facility was completed in 1997 in Tifton, Georgia. The project culminated the merger of three successful group practices into the Affinity Health Group. The facility includes an urgent care center, diagnostic imaging, centralized lab and medical records, medical oncology and space for 30+ physicians in internal medicine, cardiology/pulmonology, gastroenterology and oncology. Additional space was designed for rotating specialists from local hospitals and for shell space to accommodate future growth.

KDA Holdings provided a comprehensive range of services including: extensive site evaluations and selection, project programming, space planning, design, overall project management, preparation of construction documents and completion of construction. Additionally, KDA provided consultation on practice management issues, project financing and formation of the new ownership entity.
