The Indian
Path Medical Office Building is located in Kingsport, Tennessee. The 100,000+
sq. ft. facility was developed in conjunction with the Indian Path Hospital,
the Holston Medical Group and other local area physicians. It includes
a 12,000 sq. ft. physical therapy rehabilitation center, a 9,400 sq. ft.
multi-specialty outpatient surgery center and in-vitro fertilization lab,
an 8,000 sq. ft. gastroenterology surgery center, a central lab, 30,000
sq. ft. of group practice space and additional space for independent and
small group practice physicians.
The three-story facility can be easily accessed from two sides at different
levels with patient parking also available on both sides. KDA Holdings
helped structure the project ownership entity, arranged all project financing,
designed and built the facility.
