The Kernodle Clinic in Burlington, North Carolina houses over 50 physicians with an acute care center, minor procedures area and shell space for continued growth. Specialties include OB/GYN, internal medicine, rheumatology, cardiology, general and vascular surgery, orthopedics, neurology, family medicine and gastroenterology. KDA Holdings provided facility planning, design and construction management services and helped negotiate the subordinated ground lease and financing.
