The Medical Plaza at 82nd Parkway in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina represents a collaborative effort between KDA Holdings, the physicians of Carolina Health Specialists, the specialists of Cardiology/Gastroenterology Associates, and the Imaging/Diagnostic Resources from Grand Strand Regional Medical Center. At the groundbreaking in January, 1998, cardiologist Dr. Neil Trask commented: “We feel KDA Holdings’ involvement represents the best of both worlds. They bring a medical design expertise not commonly found in the Carolinas while using the resources of our local construction industry.”

Carolina Health Specialists is a primary care provider covering 8 specialties with 35 physicians. Cardiology/Gastroenterology Associates is a ten-physician group that is expected to grow in the new facility. Grand Strand Regional Medical Center will provide diagnostic services in an outpatient imaging center at the facility that will also include a dedicated women’s center.

KDA Holdings provided comprehensive services including space planning, financing support, design, expansion planning, and construction management.
