Company Announces KDA Holdings as New Brand

ATLANTA, July 15, 2002 - KDA Holdings, Inc has announced that it has aligned its subsidiaries under a single name. KDA Financial and Simmonds Healthcare will now be known singularly as KDA Holdings, a professional services firm specializing in growth strategies for the financial and healthcare markets. KDA Holdings will consist of five business units covering a spectrum of markets and services including financial, healthcare, real estate, and consulting.
