KDA EXPANDS HEALTHCARE SALES TEAM

ATLANTA, ATLANTA, November 20, 2003 -- KDA Holdings, Inc. has expanded its Healthcare division sales team with the addition of two senior professionals -- Joseph Bogdan and Jack Coale. Bogdan and Coale will serve as Vice President, Sales for the company’s healthcare practice in the Eastern and Western regions – adding a combined 35 years of industry experience to the sales group.

Both Bogdan and Coale have managed the business development of major projects in the healthcare vertical. Bogdan, formerly with the Hammes Company in Dallas, will direct healthcare business development for KDA’s Western region while Coale, formerly with The Haskell Company in Jacksonville, Florida will oversee the company’s Eastern region.
