KDA Holdings Celebrates Nassau Educators Federal Credit Union Grand Opening

ATLANTA, October 23, 2002 - KDA Holdings is pleased to announce the completion and grand opening of the Nassau Educator's Federal Credit Union (NEFCU) main office. The 3-story, 51,000 square foot facility, located in Westbury, NY, was designed and built to accommodate both current and future needs for the credit union's retail and administrative offices and will house all loan servicing, human resources, consumer lending and accounting.

The credit union's retail area features an innovative remote teller system. The remote teller system, which places tellers in a separate room for efficiency, safety and security, provides continued interaction with customers, better customer service, and higher member satisfaction. At NEFCU's new facility, a Member Service Representative will greet every member as they enter to determine the member's needs and assist them in locating the correct service outlet. Member Service Representatives will also have the opportunity to cross-sell the credit union's products and services more effectively.

The new main office and fifth branch is located in Nassau County's premier retail and commercial development center at the site of the former Roosevelt Raceway, which will improve the visibility of the credit union and enhance the convenience for its members in the community. KDA Holdings previously developed a branch office for NEFCU in Massapequa, NY.
