RETIRES AFTER TWENTY YEARS
Announcement Comes as Firm Closes Record Fiscal Year

October 3, 2001 – ATLANTA, GA – KDA Holdings, a professional services firm specializing in growth strategies for the financial and healthcare markets, today announced the retirement of its long-time Chairman, Joseph Kassler. Kassler, who started KDA with partner Dennis Hastings in 1982, retired effective October 1, 2001 to devote more time to his family and their ranching interests. Kassler will continue to serve the company in an advisory capacity as Hastings assumes the role of Chairman.
